Roof Replacement Building 848, NAS Jacksonville, FL

Removal of existing 111,000 square-foot ballasted roof system, and installation of a new high-performance solar-reflective “Cool Roof” system. The work required installation of new pitch pockets, plumbing vent stacks, aluminum gravel stop, aluminum counter flashing, aluminum surface mounted regrets counter flashing, and splash pans. Due to the location of the job, adjacent to NAS flight line, strict guidelines were followed to keep the area free of debris. The project was performed while operations within the building were fully functional.
