Renovations to the Bath House included interior and exterior painting, tuck pointing of the existing masonry walls, demolition of existing lockers and bathroom stalls and the installation of new sinks, toilets, floor coating, partitions, accessories and fixtures. Design uplift calculations were performed for the roof rafter clip hold downs.
