Originally a factory, this warehouse at 11th and Liberty Street in Springfield was taken over for use as the headquarters of a disaster-restoration company. All restoration conformed to the Historic Preservation standards. Barber Klein designed a new roof system and consulted on selection of window materials to be used that would allow for energy efficient lighting and maintain the historic character of the building. In addition to performing engineering services, a new ramp was constructed to allow vehicles to enter and exit the building. This was a 2013 City of Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission Award Winner.
